CTBA utilizes the Abeka curriculum, a proven curriculum that has been used in Christian schools all over the world for 40 years. Through the use of this curriculum, we employ a combination of teacher-led lectures and video instruction. This means that the student will receive more personalized attention from their teachers while providing the entire class an efficient way to receive classroom instruction. 

We believe in the importance of proper training and mentorship. Our team of capable teachers have decades of combined teaching experience on and off the classroom. They genuinely care for their students and seek to equip them with the tools they need to succeed in life. Our teachers carefully plan and prepare their lessons to best fit the needs of their classroom. They carefully monitor each student’s progress so that no child falls behind in their studies. They provide in their classrooms a nurturing, caring, and structured environment so that their students can have the best learning experience. 

The concern many parents and teachers have about public schools is that the classroom sizes are too big. It is very difficult for one teacher to manage a classroom of 25-30 students. We have purposefully kept our classroom sizes smaller so that each teacher can give his students the attention they need to thrive academically. Our ideal student-teacher ratio is about 10-15 students per teacher.
